Medmo makes imaging easy

Patients often wait longer, travel farther, and pay more than they need to. Usually, high-quality care is right around the corner but as a patient it’s hard to know what your options are. We are on a mission to make the imaging process easier to navigate so patients get the best care and know what to do next after their appointment.

The imaging market also creates challenges for imaging providers and ordering physicians. We often identify opportunities in the market to lower administrative burden, improve patient adherence and drive efficiencies in imaging center capacity management.

Co-Founder & CEO

Lucas has a wide range of experience driving positive outcomes at both start-up and established publicly-traded companies. Previously, Lucas worked at Axiom, a venture-backed legal services marketplace, where he led a team focused on growth strategy. Prior to Axiom, Lucas held various positions at BlackRock and GE Capital. Lucas is passionate about helping patients make the best decisions possible for their health. He believes that healthcare will improve as patients have access to more transparent options and feel empowered to make their own decisions.

Christopher Kelly, MD, MS

Co-Founder & Chairman

As a physician who regularly treats underinsured patients, Chris recognized the need for a service that helps people find care at predictable, affordable prices. Chris completed medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he was valedictorian, and served as resident, chief resident, and fellow at Columbia University Medical Center. His academic work has been featured in The New England Journal of Medicine, the nation’s leading medical journal. He has also written about health for The Washington Post and Men’s Health. He believes that excellent healthcare should be a right, not a privilege, and that modern healthcare should focus on increased access and lower cost.
